REFUND POLICY
Issues with shipment must be reported to me within 2 hours of arrival. Photo's/Video of DOA's must be provided, or the deceased animal must be shipped back to me within 24 hours of receiving the package, at the buyers expense. DOAs do not include shipping, not responsible for carrier delays. (If available, freebies do not fall under LAG)
